Autopilot System

Unmanned aircraft with autopilot hardware

Through our partner Embention we offer the Veronte ecosystem: autopilots, avionics, motor controllers, control stations and tracking systems for unmanned aircraft, from mini UAVs and multirotors to eVTOL platforms.

All Veronte hardware is configured with the same software, so a system can grow from a simple platform to a redundant, certification-oriented one without starting again.

Autopilots

Veronte Autopilot 1x

Compact 198 g autopilot with redundant IMU, GNSS and barometer. Supports RTK and dual GNSS, ADS-B and Remote ID, 4G for BVLOS, and certification-oriented design (DO-178C / DO-254).

Veronte Autopilot 4x

Fail-operational flight computer with three cores and an optional fourth. 615 g, 6.5 to 36 VDC supply and interfaces for up to 32 actuators.

Veronte Autopilot DRx

Distributed redundant architecture at 198 g per core, with up to 9 GNSS and 6 IMUs. Built for eVTOL and fly-by-wire aircraft.

Veronte Autopilot KAI

High-integrity 190 g autopilot with embedded AI, with variants for loitering systems and counter-UAS.

HIL and SIL simulators

Hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop environments to test the autopilot and your control laws before flight.

GNSS-denied navigation

Inertial navigation

Keeps the vehicle navigating when satellite signals are lost or jammed.

Vision-based navigation

Uses camera input to estimate position when GNSS is unavailable.

Terrain referencing

Compares terrain data with onboard sensing to correct position drift.

Avionics

CEX-IO Expansion

Expansion module that adds inputs and outputs to the autopilot.

MEX Magnetometer and I/O

External magnetometer with additional I/O.

Stick USB to PPM

Connects a USB control stick to PPM-based systems.

Serial Converter

Converts between serial interfaces on the vehicle.

RxxF DC-DC 60 W

DC-DC power converter rated at 60 W.

R12s DC-DC / Switch

DC-DC converter with switching, for powering payloads and peripherals.

SDL line-of-sight datalink

Available on 400 MHz, 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz bands, up to 345 kbps. IP67, 68 g.

XDL24 datalink

Compact datalink based on the XBee 3 module.

Motor controllers

MC01 Gimbal and Tracker

Motor controller for gimbals and tracking mechanisms.

MC110

High-power controller rated at 110 kW, for 65 to 800 V systems with 200 A continuous current. 2.7 kg, liquid cooled, designed for DO-178C / DO-254.

Control stations

LCS rugged computer

Rugged ground control computer with a 14 inch touchscreen, IP53 protection and hot-swappable batteries lasting up to 25 hours.

PCS communications module

Communications module for the portable control station.

Tracking systems

T28 tracking antenna

Tracking antenna that keeps the datalink pointed at the aircraft.
